All orders are prepared within 24–48 hours of purchase, regardless of destination. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Germany
Standard delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Europe & International
Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days after dispatch. Some orders may take up to 15 business days depending on customs and destination.

 

Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside Germany, customs fees and import duties may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any delays caused by customs are beyond our control.
