We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To be eligible, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Provide a full unboxing video (uncut, clearly showing the package being opened and the issue)

Claims that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved and received by us, your refund will be processed for the item(s) purchased. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider processing times.
