Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To be eligible, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Provide a full unboxing video (uncut, clearly showing the package being opened and the issue)

Claims that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund's

Once your return is approved and the item is received, we will process a refund for the product value only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
